NFT usage is not allowed
Do not upload my work to AI/image-generation platforms
✦ USER AGREEMENT
You are purchasing my service as an artist
The artwork is for personal use unless discussed otherwise
Proper credit must be given to Sumiire when posting
Failure to follow these terms may result in refusal of future commissions
✦ USER AGREEMENT
✦ You can:
Use the artwork for personal use (profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, etc.)
Share or post it online with credit
Print it for personal use
✦ Please don’t:
Claim the artwork as your own
Resell or redistribute the artwork
Modify, trace, or heavily edit the artwork without permission
Use it for merchandise or profit without prior agreement
✦ ARTIST RIGHTS
I retain all rights to my artwork
I may post completed commissions in my portfolio or social media
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission
✦ CONTENT
I may decline requests I am not comfortable working on
If your idea is unclear or complex, I may ask for clarification
✦ COMMERCIAL USE
Must be discussed before payment
Starts at +100% of the base commission price
Applies to streaming, monetized content, merchandise, and similar use
✦ PAYMENT
Full payment upfront unless agreed otherwise
Accepted via PayPal / Wise
Do not send payment before confirmation
Payment must be completed within 48 hours
✦ REFUNDS
Full refund if work has not started
No refunds after sketch phase begins
Full refund if I cancel the commission
✦ PROCESS & DELIVERY
Work begins after payment is confirmed
A sketch preview will be provided before final rendering
Estimated start time: up to 3 weeks
Estimated completion: up to 4 additional weeks
✦ REVISIONS
Up to 2 major revisions during sketch phase
Minor adjustments allowed later
Major changes after sketch may require an additional fee
✦ RUSH & NDA
Rush orders start at +25%
Private/NDA commissions available starting at +10%
✦ FINAL NOTES
Final files will include my signature
You are responsible for saving your files after delivery
Credit must be given when sharing the artwork

ILLUSTRATION
Starts at $400 (single character)
$300 for each additional character
$50 – $200 depending on outfit complexity
$30 – $150 for alternative versions (expressions, outfits, etc.)
$100 for rigging-ready cuts (Live2D preparation)
$200 for private / NDA commissions
